Why should I have Inspec Consulting Services Inc. manage the bidding process?

Since Inspec is inspecting many projects they have a better idea as to what contractors are doing the best work. Secondly since Inspec is often asked to manage the bidding process contractors look at us as a source of work and therefore if they are awarded the project are anxious to please the Inspec inspector so they can remain on our list of quality painters. This results in a benefit to owners, they are getting quality contractors who are working to please the inspector by doing the work as per the written specification
