What is iPass?

An I-PASS is a coating assessment report that addresses the current condition of all painted or coated substrates on or within a building or facility.

The report provides a clear picture of how well the current coatings are performing, an estimate of the potential lifespan of the current coatings, and highlights areas needing immediate attention.

This is a letter of recommendation for Inspec, who have worked with the City of Abbotsford for the past year.

Our thirty-five unit complex retained Inspec (Bill Wooffinden) in 2008 to carry our an exterior inspection of our buildings and make recommendations for painting. Upon receipt of his report, we contracted for his services in arranging bids and then managing the project in 2009.
