Judy is a paint and coatings inspection enthusiast, and the Principal at Inspec Consulting Services Inc. Having developed a professional career in the paint industry for the past 15 years, Judy now dedicates her time to building awareness and value for her clients through her consulting work. As an accredited MPI-certified Coating Specialist and Architectural Coatings Technologist, Judy specializes in providing fair and accurate coating assessments, written specifications, failure analyses, and other related services. Prior to joining Inspec, Judy was the lead project manager with a renowned painting firm in Vancouver, where she gained her knowledge and expertise in the painting industry from the ground up.

In her spare time, Judy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include exercising, traveling, and boating.

Paul was born and educated in New Zealand and enjoyed a successful international career in hospitality management before immigrating to Canada in 2002 and joined the painting industry. Paul’s coatings industry career has covered all the bases, from being an owner of his own paint company to being a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Inspector. Paul is certified in WHMIS, Fall Arrest, and Arial Platform work and he can therefore operate man lifts, scissor lifts, swing stages, etc. With the knowledge and experience from 20 years in the coating business, Paul brings a wealth of experience to the Inspec Consulting Services team.

Geoff comes to Inspec Consulting following a long career on all sides of the coatings industry. He started working in his father’s Benjamin Moore paint store at a young age and carried that experience through his post secondary education in Kamloops at Thompson Rivers University. That experience led to a 25-year career in the coatings industry as a painter, store manager, sales representative, and most recently as an estimator and project manager for a local commercial painting company.

Outside of work, Geoff is a dedicated family man. He and his wife live in Langley with their daughter where they like to get out into nature as much as possible. The family can usually be found hiking and camping throughout BC, usually looking for places Geoff can also try and catch a few fish.

Sinem Sherriff

With over 10 years of experience in the paint industry, sales, customer service, and leadership, she brings a well-rounded approach to supporting clients and managing projects from start to finish.

Her experience has developed strong skills in attention to detail, paint application knowledge, communication, project management, and relationship building. She understands the importance of listening to clients, staying organized, and ensuring every project is handled with care and professionalism.

At Inspec Consulting, she focuses on building strong relationships with property managers, strata councils, and clients while providing the information and support they need to make confident decisions about their buildings. She is committed to giving clients confidence that every project is completed to the high standards outlined by MPI.

Outside of work, life is just as busy! Her husband, son, and stepdaughter keep her constantly on the go, whether spending time with horses, cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, or getting outside and adventuring together. Family, staying active, and making the most of their time together are a big part of who she is.

She brings that same energy, reliability, and commitment to her professional work, taking pride in building lasting relationships and creating a positive experience for every client.
