Access Plan: N/A
Preparation: ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) standard criteria for concrete surface profile suitable for traffic bearing membrane. Concrete deck prepped to CSP-3, concrete repair areas prepped to CSP-5. Contractor used track blasting equipment to achieve consistent and thorough preparation requirements.

Project Duration: 12 weeks
Challenges: Traffic and parking management
Solutions: Project was broken into 9 phases, and alternate parking was found for up to 40 vehicles per phase. Single lane traffic was enforced through work zones controlled by a mobile traffic light system.
Communication routes were clearly established at the pre-job meeting to ensure residents were kept up to date and able to comply with contractor requirements.
