Project Summary: Kaleden is a 187 unit townhouse complex that underwent a full exterior repaint and extensive rotten wood replacement project over 2 years (2024 and 2025).

Duration: 20 weeks (done over 2 years)
Challenges: Access to 3rd floor areas with heavily treed landscaping prevented boom lift access. Also significant areas of the complex did not have adequate window sealant installed by the builder.
Solutions: Contractor rigged innovative fall protection system to ensure safe access and successfully installed new window sealant where required.
