- Products Used – Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Exterior Satin
- Duration – 16 weeks
- Challenges – Hidden rotten wood. Failed door sealant on french patio doors.
- Solutions – Carpenters were engaged to remove rotten wood and replace with new. Painting crew installed new polyurethane sealant to doorframes.
