Project Summary: This complex required a full exterior wash and repaint including rotten wood replacement, staining the wood soffits and application of waterproofing membrane to exposed concrete.

Challenges: Access to partially enclosed wing balconies, rotten structural wood found behind rotting fascia, streamlining communication to 188 residential units.
Solutions: Extremely supportive strata council and PM actively engaged made solutions easy to find, along with contractor creativity to safely gain access to challenging areas. Council was swift to make decisions on additional repairs.
